Participants will experience unique school based programming which supports the education of the whole child for students in PK through 8th grade. Participants will rotate through three experiences including Sound Body & Mind (yoga and mindfulness practices); Nature Explorations (sustainability & environmental education); and Immersive Media (3D printing, VR headsets, and programming using tech gear).

CHALLENGE COURSE: OUTDOOR EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING, The Park School of Baltimore

Enjoy and "challenge" yourself, as you experience Park's newly renovated and reopened challenge course. The course, with a combination of low and high rope initiatives, gives students the opportunity to stretch and engage in healthy and meaningful risks. More importantly, the challenge course seeks to create community and connectivity amongst students. Participants will have an opportunity to participate on the course itself and be guided by our trained coordinator.

Come get your hands dirty and cook in our kitchen and work in the garden as you learn how you can grow a Seed-to-Table program in your classroom or school. Learn about the history of our program and what's on the horizon. All participants will get a chance to start putting ideas to paper for their community.

Experience our innovation team outdoors (visual arts and/or performing arts) and dive into how educators can use outdoor spaces to teach the whole child. From Math to Composition to Weaving and Language development, Watershed educators will guide you through implementing your own integration throughout a lesson. We will begin with an observation of the educators and students in our outdoors spaces, then you will have the opportunity to work on a learning plan of your own, using your students' choices and interests as guides for development.
