Teachers are the heart of City Neighbors. At City Neighbors, we work to create the environment where teachers can do their best work.

Teachers are experts, craftsmen, artists, nurturers, and community builders.

At City Neighbors, teachers create and implement curriculum. They serve on the Board of Directors. They are involved in hiring, budgeting, policy-making, and every conceivable aspect of school culture and design.
